At the moment we offer just one website care plan that covers everything you will need to keep your website safe and secure. 

We only offer this Care plan with our own hosting.

The Care Plan includes:

  • Weekly website updates and bug fixes (core WordPress and plugins)
  • Security monitoring
  • Daily backups
  • SSL certificate for your domain
  • Access to premium plugins
  • Website health reporting
  • Domain name registering
  • 1 Business Email
  • 10% off our hourly rate for any additional adhoc updates

£30 per month or £300 paid annually.

Frequently asked questions

We suggest using ours as it’s fast, reliable, and cost-effective and can better manage your website. But if you choose to keep your hosting, that’s totally fine unless we feel it could be damaging to your website, in which case we’ll let you know.

If we are building your site, then there’s no waiting time. At the moment we only offer the Care Plan to customers where we have built their website.

We don’t believe in long-term contracts and having our customers feeling trapped. We want you to stay with us because you see the value and choose to stay.

If you want to leave then you will just need to organise moving your website to a new hosting provider and takeover any premium plugin licences that you may use.

We don’t like surprises, especially when it comes to money. And we know you don’t too. There is nothing extra to worry about. Site migrations when you start and end your plans are at no cost.

We make onboarding easy and fast when we are building your website for you then this will all be handled as part of the project.

We understand journeys change and only want to help as best we can while you’re with us. When you choose to cancel your plan, we’ll help you migrate your site to your new host and set everything up for you with no extra charge and within 3 business days.

We will always be on the end of the line to try and help you when you have any issues. When we handover the website to you on completion, we are happy to correct any issues that may arise in the first month. After that, if the issue is caused because of software updates that we apply then we will take care of the resolution of the issue. If the issue is caused by some changes that you have made then we will do what we can, but we reserve the right to charge for any time spent as per our hourly rate.

Any updates required for customer who do not have our Care Plan will be charged at an hourly rate of £40 per hour.

An update could be adding or modifying text / images on any page or post, or layout changes to a page. You may even want us to add your blog posts for you. All of the content will be created by you and we will update the website accordingly.

Of course. We will provide video tutorials on how to add blog posts and update web pages. But if you feel nervous about doing this or want us to do it for you then we can.

One-off updates for your websites will be charged at an hourly rate if the work is less than 8 hours. For anything more than this we will create a new project to do the work and quote accordingly.

Our hourly rate is £40, just get in touch if you want us to make any updates.

If you would like to discuss a website for your small business, the first step is to get in touch. We’ll have a quick chat by email, phone or zoom to see if we are a good fit. The consultation is free and you’re under no obligation. I will then send out a Design Brief for you to complete so we can confirm what your goals are, what you hope to achieve and any deadlines you may have.

Let’s get you signed up

On receipt of the completed Design Brief from you, and if you are ready to go ahead, we’ll send a proposal to outline all the details. You will sign the agreement and pay the invoice for the deposit.

Time to get to work

Now the fun part begins. After you send me your copy and images, I’ll get to work on designing your website. If you need help with content, get in touch. We will be in touch at agreed intervals with discuss progress, show what we have done and allow you to make any revisions.

Go live day

We’ll set a date for launch and I’ll prepare everything ready to go live. Before go live we will ask you to confirm your acceptance with a sign off and you are then good to go and share your new website with the world.
