If you just need the basics, the Standard Maintenance package keeps everything up-to-date and secure. This package is included for free in our Standard Hosting Package.
This package only needs to be purchased if you host your own website and you want us to keep your website updated.
The Standard Maintenance package includes:

- Maintenance & security
- Backup of website
- Security and malware scans
- Yearly website review

Boost Maintenance & Support
When you need a bit more than the Standard Maintenance package, the Boost Maintenance & Support package is perfect. It includes an extensive support package that keeps your website working as it should and helps you maintain Google ranking.
The Boost Maintenance & Support package includes:
- The Standard Maintenance package
- 1 hour of updates each month
- Technical support for any issues
- Uptime monitoring to check performance
£50 per month
Frequently asked questions
The hour of updates included in the Boost Maintenance & Support package we will make any content (text / images) updates, or layout changes you request each month. This includes adding blog posts. All content will be created by you and we will include it to the website.
We will always be on the end of the line to try and help you when you have any issues. When we handover the website to you on completion, we are happy to correct any issues that may arise in the first month. After that, if the issue is caused because of software updates that we apply then we will take care of the resolution of the issue. If the issue is caused by some changes that you have made then we will do what we can, but we reserve the right to charge for any time spent as per the One-off Update rate.

If you would like to discuss a website for your small business, the first step is to get in touch. We’ll have a quick chat by email, phone or zoom to see if we are a good fit. The consultation is free and you’re under no obligation. I will then send out a Design Brief for you to complete so we can confirm what your goals are, what you hope to achieve and any deadlines you may have.
Let’s get you signed up
On receipt of the completed Design Brief from you, and if you are ready to go ahead, we’ll send a proposal to outline all the details. You will sign the agreement and pay the invoice for the deposit.
Time to get to work
Now the fun part begins. After you send me your copy and images, I’ll get to work on designing your website. If you need help with content, get in touch. We will be in touch at agreed intervals with discuss progress, show what we have done and allow you to make any revisions.
Go live day
We’ll set a date for launch and I’ll prepare everything ready to go live. Before go live we will ask you to confirm your acceptance with a sign off and you are then good to go and share your new website with the world.
